At a minimum it is expected that each employee will understand and effectively utilize Stop Work Authority, comply with all applicable safety rules, regulations and policies, report all incidents (no matter how minor) immediately, participate in Job Safety Analysis discussions, submit weekly safety observations and express gratitude when others prevent you from performing unsafe behaviors or work activities.
5 yrs. experience based on performance.Supervise, manage, oversee and schedule activities for contract Safety team; assist Company Safety teams in developing monthly safety topics, coordinate with Company Safety representatives to present safety meetings and changes to Company and Contract employees, coordinate safety training for Company and Contractors on site; Organize collection of Drug and Alcohol tests for Company employees. This classification reports to the Contractor's Safety Supervisor and the Company Safety Representative.
